A. Our databases are updated every year. Regular customers will be entitled to discounts on updates.

Are your lists guaranteed?
A. Yes, there is a 95% data quality guarantee. You will never experience more than a 5% undeliverable rate for your snail mail, phone or fax campaigns. Unfortunately this does not apply to email deliverability because of the many anti-spam systems in place today.
Q. How do you keep your lists clean and accurate? Is the data verified?
A. Yes, we employ several different database applications which help us to keep all the information contained in our publications completely accurate. Area codes are checked against lists of obsolete codes or splits. Email addresses are checked for structure and valid domain. Phone/Fax Numbers and Addresses are checked for proper universal formatting and to make sure things like correct ZIP codes are provided.
Q. What fields can I expect to find in your 2007 Complete Physician Database?
A. Each record is indexed by such features as name, address, phone/fax, email, county, year licensed, type of practice, type of physician, as well as primary and secondary specialty.

A. All data is provided in MS Excel Format but special arrangements can be made to accomodate your specific requirements. Please contact us
A. Our data is obtained using a unique automated system which collects public records from various sources.
Q. Is this a list rental? What rights do I have for your data?
A. We do not rent lists. All our databases come with an unlimited use license. When you buy from us, you own the database and can use it for whatever purpose you see fit.
